Prices are based on the number of rooms and property type — not hourly rates. This means you always know the exact price before booking. The price includes all cleaning supplies brought by the cleaner.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Optional extras (window cleaning, oven, etc.) are clearly priced and you choose them during booking.
When you set up a recurring cleaning schedule in the app, you automatically get a discount on every cleaning: 10% off for weekly, 5% off for bi-weekly, and 3% off for every-3-weeks bookings.
Payment is handled securely through the WiseClean app. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is charged after booking confirmation.
Yes — cancel or reschedule via the app. If you cancel later than 36 hours before the cleaning starts, a €20 cancellation fee applies.
