How to delete your account in the app
- Open the WiseClean Cleaner app.
- Go to: Menu → Profile → “Delete Account” (at the bottom of the screen).
- Confirm by typing the word DELETE, then tap “Delete Account”.
What is removed immediately
- Your email address and phone number in our system.
- Access to the app — you will no longer be able to log in.
- Push notifications.
What we must retain
The Estonian Accounting Act (Raamatupidamise seadus) requires us to retain the following data for 7 years:
- First and last name.
- IBAN — used to pay out any remaining balance.
- Documents (ID card, criminal record certificate).
- History of completed orders.
- Current account balance.
If you cannot log in to the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion” and include the email address or phone number you registered with. We will delete your account within 7 days.
